FAQ

Is King of the Gyms for beginners?
Yes. We have members at every level from first-timers to competitive athletes. Every new member gets a free orientation session with a coach so you understand how the facility works and what classes are a good starting point. You will not be the least experienced person in the room — and if you are, the coaches will take care of you.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Class booking is recommended, especially for the 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM sessions which fill quickly. You can book through the member app or at the front desk up to 48 hours in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Open Lifting sessions require no booking.
What equipment do you have?
18,000 square feet of strength and conditioning equipment including 8 competition powerlifting platforms with Rogue barbells and calibrated plates, a full functional rig with 12 stations, a dedicated MMA conditioning area, a full cable and machine section, and a separate cardio floor. We do not have a pool.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes — all new members receive a free first week with no credit card required. Come in, meet the coaches, try the classes, and decide if it's the right fit. We believe in earning your membership, not trapping you in a contract before you've had a chance to experience what we offer.
